Please read for important information about putting deposits on our puppies.
1.To put a deposit down on a puppy, you must call us first (to see if the puppy that you are interested in is still available) at 270-528-5509, and ask for Larry. That way we can put a 'hold' on the puppy that you want until the deposit arrives.
No puppy is sold until we have your $100.00 deposit. Only after we have received your deposit will we put "Sold" and your name beside your puppy's picture.
We must have your deposit within 5 days of reserving your puppy, or the puppy will be available for sale again.
2. We only take CASH or POSTAL MONEY ORDERS for deposits (available at any Post Office and ONLY from the Post Office). Any other form of payment will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you. The puppy will be available again for sale.
The remaining balance is due in CASH.
3. The Postal money order information must be made payable to:

4. Print a copy of the Pet Deposit contract (do not print a copy of the 'Contact for Pet Sale'. That will be filled out when you pick up your puppy). Fill in all your information and the information on the puppy that you want. Sign and date the contract and then mail it with your down payment to:

Any down payments/deposits for the puppy will not be refunded for any reason except in the case that the puppy dies while in the care of the seller. The deposit will then be reimbursed to the buyer or applied to the purchase of another puppy. Puppies may be picked up no sooner than 6 weeks of age, or at seller's discretion.

The puppy, as described above, is healthy to the best of the sellers knowledge and abillity. It is the responsibility of the buyer, at their own expense, to have a Veteinarian examine the puppy within 96 hours (4 days) of purchase. Failure to have the puppy examined implies that the buyer accept the puppy "as is". If the Veterinarian finds a life threatening health problem with the puppy, the buyer must inform the seller within the 96 hours (4 days) of purchase and return the puppy, along with the Pet Contract and registration papers, to the seller within 24 hours along with a written statement from the Veterinarian as to the life threatening health problem of the puppy, The seller will then exchange the puppy for another if possible, or refund the purchase price to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills that the buyer may incur regarding the puppy.
The puppies at Hart High Country Pets are wormed at 3 weeks of age, continuing weekly until 6 weeks of age. The first shots for the puppy are given at 6 weeks of age with the next puppy shots due at 9 and 12 weeks of age.
All the puppies at Hart High Country Pets are bred from registered parents. The buyer shall receive a registration application at the time of purchase of the puppy. The application will need to be made out by the buyer and mailed in a timely manner to the registration association. This is necessary so that the buyer may receive from the association the registration certificate for the puppy.
Hart High Country Pets strives to breed good, pet quailty dogs with a friendly disposition that will be a welcome addition to the buyer's household. However, we can not guarantee the puppy's temperament or conformity to breed standars after time of purchase.
